I have lost all my hair before.
To be honest, mine did not come back the same.
This is due to specific nutritional deficiencies and can happen even at higher/"healtier" weights. You should address this with your medical doctor, or nutritionist if you have one. Take all vitamin supplements you are prescribed. Some people have good results from biotin supplements, available in vitamin section of grocery/pharmacy store, but i have not personally. Please do tell your doctor or any other prescribers about over the counter supplements you add yourself.
Thanks for this!

I didn't lose it though a lot fell out. My problem was that it looked & felt like straw even as I was regaining back to a healthy weight. My hair was the last thing to finally improve because all the nutrience in your body go to saving your life rather than to the hair.

Individual results are different so you may or may not lose it all.

Yes my hair was falling out and has been again with this relapse. Weight restoring from eating again and having an iron supplement brought it back a lot during recovery and that's what I'm doing again now.
