How many cases of AntiSocial Personality Disorder end in suicide?
I am growing weary of dealing with people and life.. Starting to regret manipulating everyone

People with ASPD are prone to suicide. But from what I've read, those with psychopathy aren't capable of being depressed and rarely commit suicide. I suppose that's one of the differences between psychopaths and those with ASPD.

It's evidently common. I suppose the boredom with life & destruction of relationships conflicts with actual wants/needs... And the cons outweigh the pros. Boom! They kill themselves.
If I were you? If you're really experiencing problems after treating people like **** for so long, go see someone about it. You might actually benefit; just lead with your honest foot forward. Not like it'll hurt if you feel tempted towards suicide... Aye?
