That when a doctor says you have cluster b traits it means "ahhh we hate you, we don't have any experiance with your kind and we aren't going to try to help you just **** off, we'll say you have triats to warn our stupid doctor mates but won't fully diagnose you cos we don't want you to be able to get help anywhere **** off and die now" ..... -_-

Im sorry that you have had this experience. I hope you can find a less judgmental caregiver.

That is a very specific interpretation of a very vague statement.. you may not even have a disorder, it seems like.

But, yea.. some therapists are too concerned with labeling people. Look for a better one - It took me 2 years to find mine.

My therapist is actually pretty cool about it... She doesn't so much try to "change me" as she does have conversations with me. She always laughs at my ****ed up sense of humour & attempts to steer me into making less self-damaging decisions. She appeals to my keen sense of self-preservation & that is all that's worked so far. So... It's all about finding the right one. The stigma is rampant, however, & it does take some time.

kind of given up now which I guess is bad since my life doesn't work and since I have an issue with property damage- you'd think they would to do something about that lmao.

pretty sure I do, my life doesn't work right, I have property damage issues, I can sit here and think about changing things all day long but then I can't actually do it cos when it comes to actual events I end up doing the same things over again and then realise oh bugger I was ment to do that another way oh well next time- happens everytime lmao and a lot of other things, too many to list lol

I had a nice therapist but I stopped going cos nothing was changing for me, not her fault she was kewl. Talking about things doesn't change me. I never do the things on those sheets they give u about sleep etc- well ok I never do the sleep things cos I tried all and they didn't work as for the anger stuff I just forgot. Its hard for me to follow things like that, they get lost or I just don't do it
