A few days ago I was called by my teacher to answer a question in class, and immediately after answering my heart sped up. It felt similar to what you feel after a long run, but it only lasted ten seconds or so.
This has never happened to me, and I am not sure if it has anything to do with being antisocial (most of the time I avoid interaction) Please don't post anything weird, its not a teacher complex! |

Sounds like a classic panic attack. If it happens again it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor.
