Been diagnosed with aspd 3 times now.
However I don't see myself as a "sociopath" is described. I do fit the criteria for the personality disorder which is why I was diagnosed multiple times. But, I am only 20. I feel like a normal person, I don't believe I am so dysfunctional. I am a loner by nature really. I prefer to be alone most of the time but do enjoy socializing at times. I like to play with people's emotions because I find that funny. And I am on trial for a crime. But other than that I don't feel like an infallible sociopath like I see others behave. I am just egocentric and mischievous loner ![]() |

Somebody who has ASPD isn’t necessarily a sociopath. Sociopathy is merely a sub category of ASPD. It could be possible that you are not a sociopath and merely have the disorder.
