Well its the morning and I am starting my day. Have a little fear, but I am pushing my way thru this. Just looking for some encouraging words to keep me going. I know I can do this, just want to know that I am not alone!

Here chi, grab my hand and let's go skipping down the sidewalk for a minute to get in a good mood. If the weather is sunny there like it is here today, it will be a good spirit lifter. (it's chilly still, brrrrr, but a bright blue sky).

I like to skip! Not sunny here, but hopefully it will get that way. Thanks for the words of encouragement!
