Oh, boy. Thought, because it was friday I would have a good day, boy was I wrong. The minute I walk in things are crazy and my anxiety is raging! My heart won't slow down! I am making it thru and I know that I can make it thru this, just looking for some words of encouragement.

Hi Chitown, We haven't met before but I wanted to give you a hug.
I know how it is to want those words of comfort and hugs online.
Can you take yourself off in your mind to a calm place, fishing, perhaps ? Or, how about being underwater, all the fishes and reeds flowing by, warm and calming ?

I don't know if you can visualise like that. Or, hold something special, concentrate on its lovely qualities, focus on it - not the anxiety.

Hey, all the above is easier said than done, but I just wanted to let you know I thought of you !

Peace.....Poppet ((((((((((((Chitown)))))))))
Is 'chitown' anything to do with Chicago ?
