I am scared! Today has been really bad here at work and I am pretty bad right now. Really scared and feel so alone. I don't know which end is up. I have a call into my T and Doc, but can't get ahold of them. I just need some kind words. I can't really even think straight so if this doesn't make sense then you understand why.

I'm so sorry that you're having a hard time right now. You had a good day yesterday, can you try to find that place again. What did you do that workef for you then? I'm here pretty much for the evening....babysitting and will come and go.....
What area of US do you live in? Do you have crappy? I love eating those....being in Oklahoma, its mostly crappy, bass and catfish.......love them all..........
Today was really pretty but I stayed inside. My knee still hurts and I took a pain med.....and slept...it's better now...
Have you look at the photo gallery that Doc John put up for us? I've got some photos there, as do lots of other posters....you might want to post some pics of you, if you haven't already.
xoxoxo pat....big, big hug and kisses from Fayeroe.....and some nose too.....

Thanks for the kind words. Yes I am on meds. They have helped tremendously. That was how I have been able to have the good days that I have in the last week. I got thru yesterday, but it was tough. I wasn't focusing on things. I wasn't slowing down and taking one thing at a time. I need to do that. I am doing ok today and taking it one step at a time.
I didn't know there was a photo gallery here. I will try to find it. I have a lot of pictures!

Tuesday was really hard. I really broke down at the end of the day and didn't think I was going to make it! I didn't know what to do. I was in a huge state of panic. I talked to my T and doc and the doc increased a dose of one of my meds and Wed and today are going OK. I have to work on my thought processes. To many what ifs! I am working on it though. Thanks for the thought.

Yep, me too. If my projection took on a physical form, I'd be an outdoor movie screen sometimes.
Help Well, I thought it was funny. Help

I hate the "What ifs"! Today I am fighting them off as well as getting overwhelmed with the work I am working on. Boy this is tough!

Um, Pat, "hang with us" might not be the best choice of words on a mental health board.
Help

Help Ya know I love ya. Help

OK, what's going on with me today. I go from feeling all pissy one minute, to feeling silly the next.

Hi Chitown!!

I hope today is a good day for you. I hate the What if's you spoke of earlier in this post. I find myself constantly dwelling on the what if's. When that happens I direct my energy elsewhere. Work is always a good distraction or getting up from your desk and taking a walk. I recently received that advice from someone and I found it to be very helpful. It's really beautiful out this time of year so getting your mind off the negative to concentrate on the beauty of spring is always nice. Take care.

I take a good walk at lunch time and it does really help sometimes. I still think about work, but it is refreshing and helpful. Thanks for the encouragement.
