I AM SO DAMN STRESSED OUT.

i HAVE BEEN TRYIN TO TAKE IT EASY ON THE CSA AND OVERTHINKING...THIS WEEKEND i REALLY MADE AND EFFORT TO FOCUS ON OTHER STUFF...AND SO i DID ...BUT THAT LEAD TO ALL THIS OTHER CRAP.....
nOW i AM SO STRESS AND HAVE HAD ANXIETY SINCE Sun morn and last night was the worst ...
I emailed T and told him what was going on and his reply stressed me out even more....
he thinks I should go to a psychiatrist and see about other medications for short terms resolution to this issue....
friggin aggravated....I dont know what I am doing with all this med crap ...I am taking stuff that is supposed to help....Prestiq and lorazapam ... why do I need to tt psychtrst on top of that ... I dont want to have to go in to any crap with someone I dont know...hard enough when I started w/T ... I get my med from Doc office now....dont want to tt another doc and share anything....got my t for that!

I feel like screaming my head off about it cause I feel like a mess!

Going to a psychiatrist isn't as intense as going to therapy for me and even though the first appointment is kinda scary it has been very helpful for me.
Meds can be very helpful and psychiatrists are experts on meds so maybe you could benefit from at least giving it a try.

This is really true. When you go to a pdoc it's just like going to a regular MD. They ask you what is wrong, then send you out with a script. When I see my pdoc I'm usually out within 10 to 15 minutes. Anxiety .... Wish it would go
