Today is going OK for me. I have been engrosed in one project that has been eating at me. When I get that done I will be cruising! It isn't easy, but I am doing it. I am a bundle of nerves, and feel I could snap at any second, but just breathing and taking one thing at a time.
I hope you guys don't mind me just going over updates on myself? It helps me slow down and realize what I am doing wrong. It just helps me to talk about it I guess.
Thanks for all the support!

Whooo hoooo! Tackling the project that's giving you the most trouble.
Doing it, and I am OK

Pound your fist on the quote sheet (if that's what it is) and tell it, it's not going to get the better of you. Doing it, and I am OK

Cory, shake your hands out, go grab something to drink, walk away from your work for a second, and tell yourself it's not going to get the better of you.

You can do it.
