I really don't like anyone throwing anything near me, i had it happen the other day in physical therapy where the were practicing grip and throws, and i just felt undconfortable sitting near it. I am so scared of getting hit right now with good reasons. Do you think there are good reasons to be anxious? I don't truly think its that bad, its a hightened awareness or fear, its when it come unreasonable i believe its more damaging. Anyone have any impact of this?

You make a very good point and observation. Normal anxiety is good, it keeps you aware and alert. It's the out of control anxiety that starts causing havok with your body and mind. What is sad is when the anxiety keeps you from doing normal everyday things or enjoying activites that you did before you got the anxiety disorder.

I agree with phipps88fan. Anxiety is a normal thing. As long is it doesn't cause impairment in your life.

I know what you are going through. I have the same problem and well done to you for realizing and acknowledging it - that's a huge step. x
