Well, it is moving day and I am not ready. My case worker got me some help to move...one of the people helping me move is the manager and she is a real beoch. I guess I can block her out for just one day. I will need support afterwards expect a rant. She is also verbally abusive. But I don't feel she is worth nutralizing. That is not where my energy needs to be. I just hate verbal abuse.

Hi. It is a good move. Only have a couple of big pieces left to move upstairs. My dining chairs and about 4 two man boxes to move tomorrow afternoon. Have one cat here and one cat there. She has food and water and she knows the neighbors so she will be okay for tonight. I will pick her up in the morning. I almost had her until I tried to get her in her carrier. This place is not behind a firestation. It is totally residential. Hardwood and tile throughout. And the bathtub is made for soaking in...big and porcelin, not the cheap plastic stuff. It may take a few days for it to feel like home, but overall it is much better.

Oh I am so happy you've made your move. Maybe you will actually get some sleep in your new home. I hate moving, but I love settling into a new place. Its just...I don't know, neat. (Yes, I'm a big dork.) I've missed seeing you around here.

I am moving only what I have to. I did get my other cat to the new place. A friend was leaving and the cat got out. I let everyone at the old place know incase she wanders back here. I am glad I got her chipped. I called the microchip company and updated the address and phone number as soon as I could. I wish they had GPS tracking devices in those things. I could look her up on the computer and tell me exactly witch bush she is hiding under. Seriously though, she does have her bright yellow microchip tag on. Hopefully we will be reunited soon. I miss her a lot. But will keep you all updated.

Cat found under bush! even when you are busy as heck, I missed my baby Jade. I am so happy my baby is safe in her new home! Okay so she has issues with the ceiling fan, the noise the heater makes. But she purred in my arms last night. Last load goes tonight!

Wow, what an adventure that was. Have not focused on the he11 I went through with the old manager. She really stressed me out at every turn. I would tell her something and then say I told her the opposite. It was a race to get my things out before her maintenance man who was suppose to move me on Monday came and got my coffee table that I had on the front porch to move to their storage! I had to move it in the rain. I got permission yesterday to move the stuff tonight. So the maintenance man shows up yesterday to change the locks. Now what kind of person does that? She also allows felons to live there who have been arrested while a tennant for mfg and intent to distribute narcotics. And another tennant who has three felony assault charges and 12 yrs prison time. And most of these tennants are under the mental health housing program. There is too much to say here. I think I will blog about it when I recover. If I had time I would go after her legally just so she cannot do this to anyone again.

Yes, you are right TheB, it also says something about her character if she is willing to break rules and laws at every turn. I knew what she was doing was wrong, I just wanted to get the heck out of that place that I let it go. Just going to document everything from now on concerning landlords.

Good luck settling in your new home. The big bathroom sounds a positive, enjoy all the things that come with settling in a new place and making it your own.

This is so cool having neighbors that have full lives and cats that my cats are having play dates with. It is fun to watch them explore and get to know eachother. The other place felt like a warehouse for humans or something.
