I'm really sorry that I didn't hold the Anxiety Support chat tonight everyone I woke up at 6:30 and thought I would have enough time to sleep some more before it started...oops. Not a good way to start off, but I promise it will be on next week!

And I thought I was the only one who tried to sneak in extra sleep. LOL. Seriously though, when are you having anxiety support chat? I would like to participate if my schedule will allow.
