Has anyone here threw up because of anxiety. I was doing it for about three weeks. Not on purpose or anything just everytime something made me even the slight bit anxious I would throw up. No control. At one point I couldn't even get myself to stop long enough to go back to class. I now found out it runs in my family and everyone on my dad's side of the family has dealt with it. I just wanted to know if anyone else on here understood what I am going through.

Yes ickydog,
It happens to me when I am in "my spinning cycle." That is an unfortunate part of anxiety! Sorry you've had to deal with that on top of everything else. I will send you postive vibes so that it will go away!
