Maybe someone can give me some insight?
Yesterday morning I was very energetic, I mean very energetic, worked all day long around the house etc etc. By the time nightfall was here, I was exhausted, feeling low, and my fibromyalgia was flared up! By bedtime, I was feeling awful. Then out of the blue, from no where, i started crying really hard and laughing at the same time, literally at the same time. I felt like i was going to collapse from exhaustion or die! I have never experienced this intense awful feeling before. Is it anxiety? Panic? Anyone ever experienced this before? Feedback Please!?!?! thanks |

There is some mention of laughing and crying during panic attacks in articles trying to peddle cures. Some mention laughing and crying with Bipolar and GAD. The sites that follow do not list laughing and crying as symptoms. I expect the abatement of the attack has brought out both.
