I was having panic attacks last night and couldn't sleep, so I popped an ativan. On top of my seroquel and prozac. I've done it before with no major issues...
I fell asleep at midnight and woke up at 3:00. No, not in the morning. 3:00 the next afternoon!!!! Now I expect to be awake all night. Anyone wanna play pinochle?

Ah, sleep issues are SUCH a pain, aren't they.
Just as a little mention - when I was taking prozac I think it increased my anxiety, basically I hated that pill but if it works for you then great. x |

Wow, I know how you feel I have done the same thing but with different medications. I am always trying to figure out what time it is when I finally do wake up...and what day it is lol.

Hi all--hey, Skully; it ain't funny!!!
The other day (i live alone with my doggie); I was so glad I had a cell phone--I couldn't figure out what day it was at all!!! I was afraid I was going to have to call someone up to find out what day it was----then they'd Really know how bonkers I am!!! I'm thinkin that maybe I should cross off the days on my calendar thereby I'll know what day of the week it is. I get so loused up with these guinea pig meds-that will let me sleep one day through--even two days through--that I get scared I'll wake up on another planet--- So disorientating--really can feel as if you've really lost all your sense of time, place, being---------I can no longer handle it. No more Seroquel, Prestiq, Wellbuterin, etc oooo-Remeron (ugh), and trazadone (hang-over) for me!!!!!-------------hugs-theo |

Once in awhile, I'm not sure if I am waking up from a nap or a night's sleep! Depends how deep I'm sleeping! Then of course, there are the nights where there is no sleep!

Sometimes, I don't know where I am when I wake up. In the last five years, I've lived in 7 houses in 6 cities, in 3 states. I get confused pretty often and have to remind myself what city I am in today.
