Hello there,

I am sorry that you're going through a rough time right now. Indeed, there is pain on the way to recovery, but it is worth it.

Please take some time to do some deep breathing, some meditation, or anything you enjoy that might calm you down.

Remember that we are here for you, so keep posting whenever you need to talk to someone. I hope you're feeling better soon.
Thanks for this!

((((((((Queen))))))))

I know how harsh this all seems and how painful it can be but I also know how liberating it can be when you get to the part where you can think of something painfully damaging a while ago, and just think "hmmm....don't need to keep it".

At that stage you realise that you have control and that you will get through and compensation is the feeling of freedom and self support, strength and personality being all your own and for the first time in memory you are truly healthy.

Please stick with it, you will benefit and you in turn will be able to help others
