Not sure if i'm supposed to talk about other sites but i'm going to try anyway. I found a site called paniccenter.net that helps people with anxiety and panic attack issues. It gives you tools to use to get through a panic attack and i just thought i'd mention it. I haven't really been able to stay on it for long as i have no privacy but when i do have time and privacy i'm going to try it. There is alot of reading involved and they ask you alot of questions so it takes alot of time but it may be helpful.

Thanks for telling us about this (((((anjelmarie)))))) I had a quick look at the site and it looks helpful. I will most likely check it out in more detail later. Let us know how you get on!

Hi Sundog,

I'm glad you checked it out. As for me i have not been able to really do the reading and the exercises that they have on there. You have to be able to spend a good amount of time on there it looks like and i haven't really had the privacy to do it. My anxiety level is through the roof too so i really need the help. I like to come on this site when i get on the computer and check my emails and other things and i try to do so much else whenever i get online. Hopefully though i'll make time one day to sit there and really learn something.
