A topic came up in chat today that I mentioned briefly and another member went into in great detail...I am freaking out...seriously freaking out...I think it triggered me, just talking about it at all....I am so nervous I had to take another klonopin and I want to go back to bed.

(((((((((((((((((((Yack))))))))))))))))))

I am so sorry this happened to you. I understand your feelings completely.

The other day, while browsing on forum I was triggered by the sequence of numbers on someones # of posts. It bothered me so badley, still does I am afraid.
Your not alone in this. Try to just breathe deepley and relax as much as you can. In addition to the Klonopin, maybe some hot herbal chamomile tea as well would help. It helps me a great deal.

I hope you feel better soon.

Yack. I too am very sorry you were triggered hon. Sometimes that happens to me when I see something on TV or read the news and they start talking about some disease or other scary thing. For example, last night, I was watching "Trauma - Life in the ER" on the Discovery channel and a patient came in with menengitis and was describing her symptoms. Right then I SWORE I had it and had a panic attack. You can bet I was running for my bottle of Lorazepam!
