i can never close my eyes i am too scared whether i am alone or with some friends, my drama teacher doesn't believe that i can be scared of closing my eyes. Does any one now what the the name of the phobia is?

I can't find a phobia for closing your eyes...
ommatophobia is the fear of opening your eyes.

I hope someone has an answer for you!

don't know if there is a name to it but i share your feelings. even when i wash my face its one side at a time so one eye is always open, fall asleep watching t.v. everynight. doesn't matter if i'm alone or at night or during the day or 20 people in the room. i get a trapped claustrophobic impending doom, anxios someone or something is about to attck feeling than i get naseau and feel like i'm about to pass out. although i'm sure it's linked to past trauma for me
