I am not sure if i have anxiety or if i am over reacting on thing or what. But for as long as i can rember i have all ways had the feeling that i was in trouble. With what i don't know. But for the past 2 years it has gotten worse. Now to the point to where i dont sleep i dont feel hungry and i dont want to go out side any more. And when i do its to go to work and when i am there i feel worse. It would be great if some one could help me or if i am in the worng thread let me know.

Hi caffeine. Welcome! I'm sorry you have this constant sense of being in trouble. It sounds as though this is really limiting your life. I agree with Fleury that it's important to get a professional diagnosis. There is definitely help available and certain types of therapy can be very effective for Anxiety Disorders.

I have been looking around for one but they are all out of my price range is there any one who knows of some one who will not charge me 50 dollers an hour to tell me im nuts and over reacting. I am not looking for free help but some help

You have the option of seeking online counselling which can be cheaper, or looking into sliding-fee scale therapy or therapy that is subsidized. If you find therapists who are still under supervision before they become fully licensed, that is also an idea b/c they charge less.

I find it so stupid that you need to pay to see a therapist. In my opinion, it should be free to whoever needs it...but that would hardly help the economy, would it?
Move to Canada, you can see a shrink for free.
