Today me and my friends [just to mention we were all high] were heading into the woods. I turned around and saw that my dog was jumping the fence, she was like half way over. well she fell and her back paw got caught in the fence she was kinda just hanging there.

let me mention this before i continue. The leg/foot that got caught is her hurt leg. She got hit by a truck and she fractured her hip, not to mention she has hip dishplaysha. Also i terrible at spelling

I panicked when i seen her like that. so i went over there and helped her. i was so scared. i thought she was gonna die for some reason. i knew she was in pain. but i got her unstuck. Then the panic attack hit me. it started to bother me like i was getting really scared i was about to cry, but then i recognized that it was a panic attack so i just calmed myself.

well i had 2 friends with me but only one of them seen me like that, and it just so happend to be my ex, who is 'in love' with me.

anywho, this is the second panic attack that i had.
i've been wanting to get help, but then again some part of me doesn't
its weird, idk how to explain it.

hmmmm, well the little high might make you more susceptable to panic, but more so you saw the dog in pain and that could get anyones adreniline pumping.
But panic attacks are horrible. Ur gp or a counsellor can give you advice on how to deal with them.
I used to have them horrendously, but anti anxiety meds help me now.

Well i can explain it. after i got her foot undone. i started to freak, my heat was beating really hard. i felt like it might beat out my chest. i didn't have the sense that i would die. But i did have the 'not real' feeling. but again that could be because i was high. i heard a horn for a train, my mind automatically thought she was going to die. my dog.

and the other thing is, i have stronger connections with animals then i do with humans. if i saw and injured animal and an injured human. id go to the animal first.

also im sure this has happened to other people but i just wanna know what the technical term for it is. I wanna major in psychology. im thinking about specializing in DID, ADHD, SI, and eating disorders.

sorry about going off on so many tangents, i have ADHD and don't take my meds anymore.

anyways back to what i was going to ask.
I got off my adhd meds last march, i had some bad withdrawl to it, i was taking that med all my life. anyways i was taking ap english 4. it was my seconded semester so i already had the english credit, i tryed to get them to take me out of that class but it did work. i got to the point where i was terrified to go back to my ap class, i was already failing and didn't want my teacher to have to deal with it. i went to the SC one day and she just told me to go back. and visit her the next day. I didn't i skip that class all year, with either my friend alex who id smoke with, or my friend steve, who i went to waffle house.

anyways what i wanted to know is what would you call being scared to go to a class.
