Can't shake it. I worry I think. I am a very nice person but I don't have the best social skills. I use talk therapy to fight anxiety and depression and to keep attacks away.

Hello Brad

Talk therapy is great at relieving anxiety and feeling connected, isn't it.
Therapy can provide us with a solid base and improve self-confidence, and the result can be the ability to improve social skills.

I'm glad that you feel better with talk therapy!

Hi Brad, I can certainly relate. I have a lot of trouble with anxiety and I am also using talk therapy to fight it.
