I sent her an email telling her I felt rejected on Friday. She told me not to feel that way. Now I know I have to talk to her about it today and I am super anxious about it. I have never had any kind of negative or adverse feelings towards her before, so this is new for me. I don't know what it's going to be like, but these anxious feelings won't go away.
I am going through all the "what if's" in my head and I know I shouldn't....there I go with the "shouldn'ts". *sigh*
Just wish me luck.

Good luck! I'm sorry she told you not to feel that way - you can't help how you feel!

I'm sorry you feel rejected too. That's a horrible way to feel. I hope you have a good session!
Thanks for this!

Therapists are people too. They have training, but can have bad days too. I hope you get this sorted to your satisfaction.

She just meant that she didn't want me to feel that way because I took something she said the wrong way.
Yeah, rejection sucks!
