But now I can't. I tried to tell my husband early this morning before he left for work that I knew it was going to be a bad day. That's our code for knowing/feeling I'm going to have anxiety badly. I asked him to stay home today because his son needs enrolled in Kindergarten and I wanted to go to the doc or ER if I couldn't get in there. I can't handle this anymore. I feel like I have no control of my life, and I have to wait until Sat to see a therapist.

Is there anyway you can call him and ask him to come home, explaining how you're feeling? Hang in there!

I'm going right now. My step dad is going to watch kids. I just have to do something. I'm terrified of losing this baby, or myself.

Well, I went to the ER. Surprisingly they didn't say there was nothing they could do. They gave me a shot of Vistaril? It seems to be really helping. Soon as I get some food in me I may actually be ok for a while.

Really glad the ER gave you something that has made you feel better. Is this something you can continue to take should you need to?

I'm hoping so. It's pregnancy safe. I called my dad in hysterics this morning so he said when I go to the OB tomorrow if they don't give me something or do anything he's going to raise merry hell with the nurses and call up there. lol Sheesh. I love him to death though, he said the docs can't know me like he does.

I'm so glad things turned out for you. I've made that trip to the ER myself and yeah, they can help, surprisingly enough.

And your Dad sounds awesome. Just sayin'.
