I'm in the same boat, but with other things stressing me out. Talking helps, also i'd advise you to take a breather every now and again. Don't let yourself get burnt out so much. At one point i was trying to balance school, a full time job and my dysfunctional family. I couldn't take it so i ended up dropping out, and eventually leaving the city. What I'm dealing with now is different, i recently lost my home to a fire and have been living in a hotel for months struggling to get back on my feet, among other things. Take a page from my book; make time for yourself, enjoy your life. Hope this helps.

lxe, do you do any meditation or breathing exercises? When it comes to anxiety it can really help in the short term. I also depend a great deal on Lorazapam (Ativan) to manage anxiety when it gets really bad but since it can be addictive it's something you should talk to your pdoc about.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way, it's very familiar territory for me and I know how hard it can be.

Agreed, anxiety pills can be super helpful. I used to take xanax for sudden anxiety attacks.

Then deep breathing techniques, meditation, exercise can help, a relaxing bath or shower, that sort of thing. There was a recent thread where people posted how they cope, it was pretty recent so it should be easy to find.

I hope you're feeling better.
