So while i was laying in bed last night, i was like, hey, i think i know how i can try not to be so stressed!

So im going to have it in a little notebook.
its going to be like

What is making you anxious/stressed | Can you control the situation | What can you do to control it | When will the feeling end

that type of thing. im excited to start it. [:

I think that is a great idea, I have also tried the same and it does work. Maybe you could give yourself a little reward every week after you look back over your last week, it will do wounders for you self esteem and the feeling of having some control over your inner person and rebuild your trust and confidance in your actions and reactions
