Started shaking a little while ago. My anxiety comes out in this way.. Sometimes I worry, but it's not often. I could be completely oblivious to my own fears, only feel a little uncomfortable, but suddenly start shaking and haven't a clue of the cause. It's like this now, I hate it.. How do I make it stop??

(LittleForgetMeNot)) - first thing is get yourself warm - put on a sweater or blanket. Then you're going to close your eyes if you can, and start breathing nice and slow using your stomach muscles...not the upper chest. Think of something pleasurable.
It sounds like your body is having an automatic response to stress and I've experienced this when I'm upset and nervous. Breathing slow and visualizing something happy helps a great deal. I hope you feel better. ![]()

Thanks, I knew there had to be a better way than just "sitting it out" like my therapist told me too. I'll try this the next time it happens.

I've been shaking a lot too lately. I just try to focus on my breathing.
