Hi anxiety and thought distortion

I feel alittle better right now. I've been drink water and V8 and just ate dinner.

I am having an overwhelming feeling of doom, gloom, and fear right now. And repeatative thoughts (excuse my spelling).

Help!

hang in there, dub....sometimes we get overwhelmed with our anxious thoughts and it's hard to feel like anything positive is in our lives. i, too, experience those feelings. if there is someone to talk to, please do. take care, pat
