Oh damn have I got a lot of crud to do. Or perhaps not a whole lot of crud in the scheme of things but it feels like a lot.

1) Get up, wash up, get dressed, get breakfasted, take pills for sundry allergies and such. This actually takes a surprising amount of energy in the morning. I am not a morning person.

2) Study. With moderately frequent breaks. I occasionally have to take a break to recoup my attention and energy.

3) Keep ahead of the constant mess everywhere.

That along with being utterly out of shape along with living in a location that's got OPPRESSIVE AWFUL HEAT where I virtually cannot exercise at all means I have energy to do approximately squat.

Advise please.

As I grow older the days go even faster. Not what I want to happen for sure...When I was young sometimes days seems never ending. Now it seems I get up then go to bed and in between it just goes so darn fast. I am at the end of my life...you know the senior age... and I have so much I want to do and learn and experience and time flies for me..so fast!! Too fast....

For you..make a list of things to do daily,, I know, boring..but when I worked, the nite before I would write down what I had to do for the next day. Now sometimes they got moved to the next day but most got crossed off, and that made me feel good. Sometimes we do so much but forget all we do and writing things down make you realize how productive you are! Good feeling!!!

Okay... here's what we do. Everyone persuade their neighbour to join in, and at the exact same moment we all jump once to the left. Surely that would slow the old planet down?

(kidding...)
