For instance: I dont like "almost" plans, i feel that I need to know ALL the details ASAP, even for something a few months in advance ,etc.

I drive myself nuts and waste a day trying to figure self out when I know that i cant have it all planned. I just cant stop

Yup. I do the same exact thing. I hate when someone says, ''I need to tell you something.'' And then they'll said, ''Well, maybe I shouldn't...'' That drives me crazy!! I'll spend a lot of time obsessing about what it is. And begging people to tell me.

I don't but my youngest boy does. It is all I can do to help him not panic when trying to make plans for things.

He has always been like that. We have a special thing we say to each other. "Wooosaaaaa" It's from some movie he saw and we use it when one of us needs to chill out.

But it doesn't matter if it is something that is a day away or 5 months the panic is the same. He will agonize for months over an event.
