So I'm a hypochondriac.

I know I'm a hypochondriac but of course I can never really tell when I have a serious health concern and whether it's anxiety. After all even hypochondriacs get sick, just like everyone else.

So I had these symptoms last week and I started to think maybe I was dying.

I saw the doc the other day and he said that I have nothing to worry about and I am reassured and all that. And as soon as he told me that my symptoms weren't serious they just all but disappeared. Just like that.

Health anxiety. Who needs it?

The anxiety continues though. These symptoms weren't a sign that I was seriously ill, but I still worry about getting ill and am feeling pretty apprehensive.

This all has to do with my mood I think. I noticed I was feeling pretty 'dark' just before I started worrying about my health this week.

Oh well, what can you do? I'm resigned to feeling helpless and out of control in this matter.

Thanks for reading.

Remember to take care of yourself. Everybody gets sick and struggling with anxiety doesn't help.
