It's about 5:30 and i'm just laying on the couch taking to my roomate. I'm having a massive anxiety and depressive 'bout and I have no clue why. Life should be good right now, or at least better than the usual crap, today was great...now it's tonight and I wanna breakdown. No clue what's wrong but I do know that the longer I'm up the more my head plays tricks on me and the more i'm hearing things. I'm not sure why I'm bothering to post this. Think I just wanted to throw it out there so my roomate didn't have to hear it again. God knows he hears it enough.

Anxiety and depression at the same time? Sounds tough. They take turns around here. I think I prefer D over A if the A is very bad. Depression...my mind spiraling down into a pit. Anxiety...my mind spiraling up into the ether.
Hope you get some sleep and feel better.

Thank you guys. Not really though disguise...most of the time when they hit together it's more like a mood swing, usually after sleep it goes away, and it did just that.
