I have bad panic.attacks anxiety and depression. I'm handling the anxiety and.depression.well but the panics.make me feel as if ok dying I get fearful and weak and I fear death anyone.else going.through this unwanted nonsense? Any tips that can help me

This link might help. I only have panic attacks related to my needle phobia at this point. It's really hard to tell yourself to calm down in such a state. What's lowered the frequency of my panic attacks is trying to live calmer. Small things like walking slower, going to bed a little earlier, waking up a little later and breathing slowly/deeply whenever I remember

panis attacks are awful im sorry your suffering from them. is it a certain situation that makes them happen ?
