I noticed that I would get weird blood coloured rashes on my chest and I had no idea what was causing them for the longest time. I also noticed that I get rashes on the left side of my face and it burns a lot, but that rash is so close to my cheek it just makes it look like I'm blushing. I talked to my therapist about it and she said it's from anxiety just like the hives I get. The hives I get make my skin itchy and hurt a bit, but the blood coloured ones burn and look like I have a terrible disease.

Does anyone know how to prevent these? I have anxiety all the time so it's hard not to have anxiety and it seems severe anxiety is what causes them. Generally they go away when I feel better, but the blood coloured rash is still on my chest.

I have a bad rash on my face. I have severe allergies.... And anxiety probably makes it worse.

I feel for you anxiety rashes are so annoying. Everytime I have had them they give me medications until it clears up, I usually get them every time I go into hospital or at times of high stress. I havent had one in years now that I have the right meds and coping techniques.

My partner has one at the moment, steroid cream is the only thing that will stop the itching. I know his will clear up once his life problems are sorted out but unfortunately he is suffering until then.
