For some time now, I have feared going outside my own house. By that I mean I avoid spending any time in my own yard during the daylight hours for fear of having to communicate with neighbors. No, the neighbors haven't done anything, they're just there. My usual routine for leaving my cave involves looking out the windows to make sure the coast is clear, putting on my sunglasses and making a mad dash to the car to escape. This is the only open space where this extreme anxiety occurs, so far. Is it agoraphobia when this happens in only one area?
