I'm so afraid of dying and getting sick. I'm a hypochondriac, I always look things up more than once to see if I can get a different answer. My therapist says I have Obsessive thinking and an anxiety disorder..right now I just feel so out of body and I know its making my anxiety worse. I have no idea whats going on with me right now. I think I might have an inner ear problem.. I just put Debrox in my ears and when I put it in my right ear I felt a cold sensation go through my face and my nose, and then I put Saline solution in my nostril on the right side and my ear started to hurt. I have seasonal allergies of course but now all of a sudden after I did my ears and my nose I started to feel light headed, dizzy and in this dream like sort of state where nothing is real. Its scaring me badly..this is just a vent sorry.
