I just wanted to make a post about how much I like working in the evenings. I had so much trouble in my earlier years trying different jobs. Since I was 29, I've pretty much worked afternoons and nights. It works out so good because there's not so much traffic and I can take my time getting ready during the day. In one job I had for several years, I was away from people too, which was good for me for a time.

I wonder why more people don't choose to work nights. It's funny. When I worked at one place at night, they'd sometimes threaten you with being nights forever if you don't do such and such. I would think "Good, I hope so." LOL

Yes and I think it's good for people with anxiety. That's why I posted it here.

i used to work from noon til 12:30 a.m. in the emergency room and i loved it! i prefer that kind of schedule. i think working nights also affects the level of the connections that you make with your co-workers. there's something about knowing that you're all in it together and it made us closer than the day shift. besides, i liked shopping for groceries after i got off work. no other people there. just me and the stockers and checkers. working nights working nights
