I feel like I'm just lost forever. Its beyond fearing it. I just don't know what's wrong with me and it's so hard to explain to my psych. I'm lost. :/

Yep...got that same feeling to the point of T thinking I contradict myself & I had to start questioning what am I really feeling & are these feelings accurate. It's very frustrating 8(

That sounds like me. I question how I feel, think, and perceive things all day long. I don't even know how I feel anymore. Whenever they ask me how I feel or what kind of symptoms I'm having I just say "I don't even know I can't explain it" it's so hard.

Omg yes! My T won't even let me say that sentence because she says I do know, but when I say how I feel she's always questioning it...which makes me question it, then I get all confused & frustrated. That makes me feel stupid 8\

i really fear that.. the going crazy part.. like i'm just on the brink of snapping, like i can feel myself just about to just easily slip into crazy.
... though i dont know what crazy really is, i just know that's the only real way i can explain the feeling because my thoughts are instantly "OMG IM GONNA GO CRAZY!! *CRIES* MAKE IT STOP!!!"

There must be one or more reason. . .Go and see a therapist and talk about your feelings and day-to-day activities and social life and you will get to the root of the issue eventually.

I have felt for years that I am hanging by a single thread.....and there isn't only one or two things at the source. It's a lifetime of experiences and brain chemistry - I personally don't know how anyone stays sane!

I do see a therapist. I'm really trying to get to the bottom of things and work everything out.
