What do they mean when by mixed anxiety & depression? I do not have bipolar 1 or 2 or any other number.

it means you have symptoms of depression and also symptoms of anxiety. It does not have to be bipolor of any kind to have both depression symptoms and anxiety symptoms at the same time. Depression is being super sad sometimes even suicidal, having a hard time doing things you would normally do, and Anxiety is worrying and being nervous.

i am bipolarbearianII and i also suffer from anxiety. i take meds for both issues. xoxoxo pat
