Holistic advice for stress and paranoia?

I have a special quality (I would normally hear voices 24/7) but have managed it using fish oil from Whole Foods >

which leads me to looking for supplementation for psychotic stess/anxiety and possible delusions/deludability. I am presently a vigilant, emotionally hurt type--much better than before though since switching oils. Might be because i fell for an impossible person last week and am still sleeping in his bed and need to move. Remember lorenzo's oil and myelin? Looking for that for stress and paranoia.

Currently taking daily:

-A balanced men's multivitamin

-epa (for voices, works, will not change. from fish oil, with approx 1.8g total epa)

-inositol (650mg daily, ineffective for stress, similiar to b3)

-vit c (1g, whatever, an antioxidant)

-bpaa (for any brain damage, will work with this later. mayo clinic recommends. brain damage in mice fixed with it. another story.)

-diet is pretty clean, calorically controlled, whole foods or close to them.

-some caffeine, in lieu of decaf

-holiday alcohol/cigarettes

-no drugs

Help?

Good for you. I think that is the road I am going to go down. I am tired of getting stressed every month over wondering if my Dr. is going to give me my meds. I already take fish oil with lots of b vits.
