Has anyone any experience with community care? (I'm in the uk)
My social anxiety has such an impact on my life that I feel I need help with everyday things. Having tried singular volunteer services to for example fill in benefit forms or debt relieve I feel I am not coping at all. Leaving the house is extremely difficult and during panic attacks I tend to pass out (faint). Simple things like making a doctors appointment causes me so much stress, and it is setting off my fibromyalgia badly. All together I am not coping. I guess one of the worst issues for me is, that I do have creditors and can't communicate with them which leaves me feeling so guilty that i have considered suicide as an option. I have a doctors appointment and psychologist appointment coming up next week, but just really am looking for options to how I can get help. Any experience, advise ... Anything would be very welcome. Thank you. |

Hi ((( ur_ladybird ))) Please share with your doctor and psychologist in how difficult it is to live with your anxiety at the moment. The psychologist will help with supporting you with ways to cope with the anxiety but if you need extra support they may allocate you a support worker or CPN to support you with going out.

Emotional Freedom Technique, an alternative treatment therapy is for anxiety and depression which will help you a lot. It is very well at abolishing all forms of negative emotions and addressing all sorts of issues quickly.

Then It's better to think on trying out an alternative therapy along with your present medication. Hypnotherapy and homeopathy are known for providing solution to your kind of issues. If you decide to go after alternative treatments for your SAD. It is strongly urged that you act solely under the counselling of both a licensed psychic professional and an expert in the chosen remedy. Good Luck.
