Has anyone tried 5-HTP for anxiety? I have read that it assists in increasing and/or stabilizing the brain chemistry serotonin. I will check with my Dr but am curious if others have had good, bad, indifferent experiences with it? I would appreciate any feedback...

I've not tried that particular vitamin supplement; but found that Sam-e worked quite well for healthy emotions and also works for joint health. BP folks should not take it the box says.
hugs, bj

I came to know about 5 HTP a few years ago when one of my friends started taking it. In her opinion it is great and do not produce any side effect and It has helped her sleeping better.
Thanks for this!
