I don't know the symptoms of a panic attack, but i feel like thats what happened today. like 4 times today i experienced this:

*Choking feeling in my throat
*Shortness of breath
*couldn't concentrate/felt like i wasn't really there or something
*Nausea/lightheaded...thought I was gonna fall over or pass out
*super nervous>obviously

any help?

I get all of the symptoms on your list minus the nausea..plus I shake and my knees feel like they may give out...You could also have the flu or ear infection ...but its very much panic too..did it go away when you left wherever you were?

That sounds a lot like my own panic attacks. Also without the nausea. I also clench my jaw that it aches for days.

Please take care! Panic attacks can be very frightening.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

yup sounds like a panic/ anxiety attack. Sometimes antidepressants help, taking a depression management, anxiety group helps. Using grounding and relaxation techniques also help me.
