Has anyone got any suggestions on how to deal with a panic attack when you are already in bed. I get so worked up and am not able to breathe- hyperventilating-so much that I physically can't get out of bed to try Jen's suggestions. No CD player in my room (or tape or stereo!), far too late to run a bath esp when sleeping pills should be taking affect... Unaware of anything other than the panic. Usually I end up exhausting myself and falling asleep like that. HELP?!?!
