Hi all
Does anybody ever feel like anxiety is sucking every little pleasure out of life. I'm actually sick of thinking of things over and over again. Examining every single move before I make it if I make it. Then there's all the possible things that could go wrong. So tired of being on edge and jumping at every little noise I hear. Oh not to mention, the pain in my gums from me teeth being continuously grit together. It's also annoying how ppl think 'you should just stop worrying', well if I could I would, making conscious steps but it takes time. Anybody else feel this way? |

Yes, I used to feel that way. I've been working on it and it has gotten much better.

Sapphire,
Yes, I completely understand what you are going through. How long have you been experiencing this? What are you doing to try and get past this? I am seeing a T and Pdoc, but am struggling with this as well. Best wishes. ![]() ![]() Quote:
