Hey everyone. I've been having pretty bad anxiety for a couple of weeks now that has been everyday all day. Before that I've had anxiety at various levels for about 10 years. I'm going to see a therapist for the first time this week. None of the meds have seemed to work for me and I want to do this med free. Just saying hello.

Good luck with the therapist! I hope you make much progress! Sometimes it can be helpful to write down when you feel anxiety and write what is going through your head when you are having the anxiety. Maybe it will help to identify some distorted thinking patterns.
