Reform Judaism, vaguely, meaning I haven't engaged in it since i was much much younger, as in since I was a kid. Idk if that counts?

I've been meaning to get back into it. Interestingly enough, the building next to my psychiatrist's office is a Reform Synagogue.

Just curious, what sort of things come up in regards to mental health and judaism?
