Yesterday was a very.......upsetting day for me. It was the first time in months were I felt that "I am going insane" feeling. It pretty much affected my whole morning. I didnt sleep the night before and I was quite tired, however, it wasnt something in particular that was freaking me out. In fact, I cant even pinpoint what it was. I did start to feel better in the after noon but found my self questioning myself in my head if I was ok for the rest of the afternoon. I even did that today, even though for the most part I was ok today.

Thanks for listening.
