Tomorrow is my first T appointment ever. I'm really nervous, but very glad I finally get to start working on myself. I'll keep everyone updated on how it goes! My stomach is turning in knots just thinking about it!

Oh I remember my first T appointment, I swear if I were a cat I'd have lost 8 of my lives in the panic of going in. And that was a school T which in my head seems like it should have been easier than an outside T - which is who I see now. The first appointment is usually just an interview-y type thing. And remember, you are the hire-er.

I was about your age (over 20 years ago...) when I went to my first T appointment. All that work over the years has definitely changed my life for the better, I hope it does the same for you.
